求3dsmax制作动作教程

RT，今天很high森地装好了3dsmax，并且开始去改动作。。。可是发现自己对3dsmax的使用以及骨骼上的问题都不懂=_=..所以想请教一下各位大神作点指导（分享教程链接也可以）{:6_153:}
